Forward-positioned side thrusters have been a popular option on Gozzard since the early days of the company.Thrusters aid maneuverability and control of any boat with a longer keel in tight spaces as well as in strong currents and high winds. The addition of a stern thruster provides even greater control when docking or maneuvering in tight quarters or other challenging environs. In tandem with the bow thruster, the stern thruster will allow you to move sideways from a dock or away from another boat. A longtime option on new Gozzards, we have also been retrofitting older yachts with stern thrusters in recent years.
